The Rhine Riesling we cultivate grows on the hills of Rosora (AN), crossed by a perennial watercourse known as the “Fosso del Granchio Nero,” a tributary of the Esino River. This area, classified as a "green classroom" due to its remarkable biodiversity, is home to the Black Crab, which thrives only in unpolluted waters.

It is perfectly paired with seafood, particularly shellfish, and sushi, thanks to its mineral notes that harmonize beautifully with the briny flavors of the sea. It also pairs well with white meats and cheeses.
